Lower Sioux Health and Human Services

The Lower Sioux Health Care Center is a collaboration of five departments; Lower Sioux Clinic, Dental Clinic, Community Health, Nutrition Services, and Telehealth. The Lower Sioux Health Care Center encompasses a group of caring, professional staff administering multiple federal and state funded programs.

The mission of the health department is to provide for the operation and administration of all health related services. This includes providing opportunities for involving Indian people in defining and meeting their own health needs.
