Lower Sioux Clinic Hours

Medical appointments can be scheduled Monday- Thursday, March 30- April 02, morning appointment times only
Pharmacy will be open Monday through Friday, March 30- April 03, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 pm.
Effective Monday, March 30: Pharmacy will be curb side pick up only outside the clinic, with medication deliveries upon request. Continue to call pharmacy with prescription request.

Lower Sioux Dental Clinic Hours
Dental clinic closed, with On-call availability Monday- Thursday, 8:30- 4:30. Dental emergencies can call the clinic reception.
