On the northeast corner of County Hwy 2 and 24, just east of Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel. Find directions to the Clinic.
What services are provided?
Primary care from a physician and nurse practitioner, retail optical, dental, and pharmacy services.
Who can use the clinic?
The clinic is open to members of the Lower Sioux Indian Community, employees of the Lower Sioux Indian Community businesses (e.g. Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, Dacotah Ridge Golf, and Oyate Convenience Store), American Indian/Alaska Natives residing in the ten-mile radius of Lower Sioux Indian Community, family of the aforementioned are welcome to use the clinic. Dental and optical services are open to the public.
