The Clinic is located at the northeast corner of County Hwy 2 and 24, just east of Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel.
The clinic will open to members of the Lower Sioux Indian Community, employees of the Lower Sioux Indian Community businesses (e.g. Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, Dacotah Ridge Golf, and Oyate Convenience Store), American Indian/Alaska Natives residing in the ten-mile radius of Lower Sioux Indian Community, family of the aforementioned.
