Lower Sioux Clinic

The Lower Sioux Health Care Center is open to the public!

The Clinic will be located at the northeast corner of County Hwy 2 and 24, just east of Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel.

The clinic will open to members of the Lower Sioux Indian Community, employees of the Lower Sioux Indian Community businesses (e.g. Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, Dacotah Ridge Golf, Caribou Coffee, Papa John’s Pizza, and Oyate Convenience Store), American Indian/Alaska Natives residing in the ten-mile radius of Lower Sioux Indian Community, family of the aforementioned, and others living in the area are welcome to use the clinic.

Hours

Lower Sioux Clinic hours:

Clinic: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pharmacy: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Dental: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Retail Optical: Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
