Dr. Warne is Oglala Lakota from Pine Ridge, SD and comes from a long line of traditional healers and medicine men. He received his Medical degree from Stanford University of Medicine and his Master of Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Warne is serving as the Director of Indians into Medicine Program at the University of North Dakota.
