Pharmacy Services Include, but are not limited to:
Members of Lower Sioux Indian Community, employees of the Lower Sioux Indian Community businesses, American Indian/Alaska Natives residing in the ten-mile radius of Lower Sioux Indian Community, family of the aforementioned.
Have prescription medication prescribed by your medical doctor filled at the pharmacy
Limited over-the-counter medications will be available for purchase
Get immunizations by an appointment with the pharmacist-if not provided by other medical staff
Ability to schedule medication therapy management (MTM) with the pharmacist-a comprehensive session to review your medications, disease states, and other medical concerns in private with your pharmacist. The pharmacist can review your medication to see if it is the easiest, safest, and best treatment available for you. It will include a review of any prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamin or herbal supplements to check for interactions and safety for you. The pharmacist will work with your doctor to suggest any changes that may need to be made to your medications to meet your individual goals of treatment.
Pharmacy hours are from 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday- Friday.
*Pharmacy will be closed daily during lunch from 12:30 p.m. -1:30 p.m.
New prescriptions for Lower Sioux Community members may be filled after clinic hours at either Sward Kemp Snyder Drug or GuidePoint Pharmacy in Redwood Falls.
