The Lower Sioux Diabetes Program is happy to announce Yogalates will be starting classes again! Yogalates instructor, Jerilyn Kodet will be using both Yoga and Pilates, integrating both into a balanced system of exercise. This class is designed to meet the needs of all experience levels.
