Insurance Open Enrollment for 2022 will be held on November 9th & 10th at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel Crossed Arrow’s Room.
All elders on Medicare need to attend one Medicare Open Enrollment Session to select the Medicare Plan that best fits you!
November 9th – 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm sessions.
November 10th – 9:00 am and 11:00 am sessions.

Please plan to attend accordingly to ensure that you receive all information. Medicare form will need to be completed after the video. Qualified elders will receive an incentive for completing and selecting a Medicare Plan.
Preferred One Insurance Members
November 11th & 12th – 9:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Lower Sioux Indian Government Center

- Employee Flex Benefits
New insurance cards will be sent to your mailing address. Please make sure that LSIC has your current mailing address to ensure that you receive new insurance cards.
