Promoting Maternal and Early Child Health

The Family Spirit Home Visiting Program Aims to:

  • Prepare for labor and deliveryFamily Support
  • Learn how your baby develops
  • Strengthen family relationships
  • Address challenges with support
  • Achieve personal goals

Families that would like to sign up for the home visiting program will receive incentives such as baby care items and home safety supplies for completing the modules.

If you or someone you know is pregnant or has young children, please call me to set up a time for a home visit!
