As many of you have been made aware, in March, Jackpot Junction identified a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to certain systems. The Tribe immediately activated incident response protocols and have continued to take measures to contain the incident. As a result, some tribal systems were put offline for a period of time.
Fortunately, the Lower Sioux Health Care Center, including Dental, Retail Optical, Pharmacy, and Community Health, have all been restored (phones, emails, and faxes):

- Retail Optical: (507) 697-8930 (accepting all forms of payment)
- Pharmacy: (507) 697-8950
If you need to refill a prescription, the first recommendation is to use the RX Local App on your smartphone text “RxLocal” to 64890 or download the Rx Local app on your phone’s app store.
