Flu shots are now available at the Lower Sioux Heath Care Center by Appointment only!

  • Please call the clinic at: 697-8600 to schedule your appointment
  • Walk- in flu shot clinic will be available on Friday, October 13th from 5:00 pm- 7:00 p.m.  
  • Children ages 6 months- 35 months may need 2 doses.

Monday- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
