Come join us to promote healthy lifestyles to kick off Diabetes Awareness month at our first annual Trail Run at the Lower Sioux Agency!
The event will take place on Saturday, October 24th and will include:
8:30 a.m.: Doors Open
9:00 a.m.: Opening Prayer & 5K Trail Run/Walk
9:30 a.m.: Elder Walk
10:00 a.m.: Elder Yoga
10:30 a.m.: Kids Obstacle Course
The morning will also include face and pumpkin painting, Dakota language games & more!
The Event will be hosted at the Lower Sioux Agency: 32469 Co Hwy 2, Morton, MN
